1. Place your order, including your favorite high-quality photo. *Note there is an option as you're checking out to add on a $6 stainless steel wall hanger if you will be hanging the item. We do not have a separate listing for this item, so please be sure to select it while you're checking out.
2. We'll carefully create your custom glass suncatcher.
3. Your finished keepsake is securely packaged and shipped, ready for gifting or displaying in your home.

On the 5.75"x5.75" frame, the photo size is 2.5"x2.5".
On the 5"x7" frame, the photo size is 2.625"x3.5".
On the 8"x10" frame, the photo size is 3.375" × 4.5".
⏳Processing Time
Each personalized suncatcher is handmade to order. Due to current demand, we will ship within 2-3 weeks after receiving your image or if included, from receiving your ashes in the mail.

Every Heartheld Glass memorial is individually handcrafted in my North Carolina studio. I know the trust you place in me, and every piece is made with compassion, respect, and careful attention to detail. My goal is to create a keepsake that brings comfort and can be treasured forever.
📦Shipping
You've already done the hardest part—picking out your favorite piece to honor your loved one. From here, the path is simple. You'll send us the picture digitally once we send you a confirmation email and we'll get to work crafting your piece.
If you're adding ashes, we'll send you instructions for mailing a small amount of ashes (about a tablespoon) to our studio. How you send them based on those recommendations is up to you. We take it from there, carefully handcrafting your pendant and shipping it back to you with tracking. From the time we receive your picture and/or ashes, expect your memorial within three weeks.
