Welcome to Heartheld Glass. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site.

 

 

Section 1: Overview

 

This website is operated by Heartheld Glass LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Heartheld Glass. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

 

 

Section 2: Online Store Terms

 

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

 

 

Section 3: Custom Product Policy

 

All Heartheld Glass memorials are custom, handmade items that incorporate cremated remains provided by the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

  • Custom memorials are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

  • You are responsible for following the provided instructions to return ashes safely via USPS-compliant Priority Mail Express.

  • Heartheld Glass is not liable for delays or loss caused by failure to follow USPS cremated remains shipping regulations.

 

 

Section 4: Shipping

 

We ship all ashes kits and completed memorials using USPS Priority Mail Express, in full compliance with USPS regulations for cremated remains. We only ship within the United States. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.


Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information via email. Heartheld Glass is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit by USPS. In the rare event that a shipment containing cremated remains or a completed memorial is lost in transit:

 

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS

  • We are not liable for the replacement of lost memorials, as the materials (cremains) cannot be replicated

  • We recommend that you retain a portion of ashes if possible, before sending them to us, in case of shipping loss

 

 

 

Section 5: Accuracy of Information

 

We make every effort to display our products and information as accurately as possible. However, since each item is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to modify product offerings, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.

 

 

Section 6: Payment & Order Processing

 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent.

 

 

Section 7: Intellectual Property

 

All images, content, product designs, and materials on this site are the property of Heartheld Glass and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

 

Section 8: Limitation of Liability

 

Heartheld Glass is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages arising from:

 

  • Improper use of the product

  • Delays in shipping caused by USPS or customer error

  • Emotional distress related to memorialization or loss

 

We do our utmost to handle each memorial with compassion and care, but we cannot guarantee outcomes outside our control.

 

 

Section 9: Privacy

 

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

 

Section 10: Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
