At Heartheld Glass, each memorial is handcrafted with deep care and intention. Our shipping process follows strict guidelines to ensure your loved one’s ashes are handled with the utmost respect and in full compliance with U.S. Postal Service regulations.
🕊️ Ashes Collection Kit
After you place your order, we will send you a USPS-compliant ashes collection kit that includes:
- A Priority Mail Express envelope (required by USPS for cremated remains)
- Specially marked packaging with Label 139 per USPS guidelines
- A return label with prepaid Priority Mail Express postage
- Clear instructions on how to safely package and return your loved one’s ashes
This kit typically arrives within 3–5 business days.
🛠️ Creation & Turnaround Time
Once we receive your ashes, we begin handcrafting your custom memorial. Each piece takes approximately 2 weeks to create. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your memorial is on its way.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship all finished memorials using USPS Priority Mail Express, which ensures secure and trackable delivery for cremated remains. This method complies with USPS rules for domestic cremains transport.
- Delivery timeframe: 1–2 business days once shipped
- Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your memorial ships
📦 Packaging & Ashes Handling
- Your finished piece will be packaged securely with any remaining ashes respectfully returned to you, unless otherwise requested.
- All shipments involving ashes are clearly marked as required by USPS and treated with extra care throughout the shipping process.
🌍 International Shipping
Due to strict customs regulations and carrier limitations regarding the shipment of cremated remains across international borders, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
